In Salzburg there is a law that men and women are equal. Salzburg is also a place which should be free of violence.

• Anti-discrimination office of the City of Salzburg
  Advice and assistance in the event of discrimination based on sex, colour, ethnic or social origin, genetic characteristics, language, religion or belief, political or other beliefs, affiliation with a national minority, assets, birth, disability, age or sexual orientation.
• Platform Human Rights
  Network of more than 30 Salzburg NGOs working with vulnerable groups. This platform documents human rights violations and sets steps to eliminate them.
